Finabler Academy Private Limited is a start-up in the InsurTech/EdTech space, focused on promoting insurance literacy and developing quality insurance professionals for the insurance industry. The Academy aims to strengthen the bridge between industry requirements and professional education through industry-driven learning, skills development, professional training and capacity building.

Mr. Ganesh Swaminathan

Founder Director & CEO

Thirty-four years inside the General Insurance industry — underwriting, claims, marketing and operations.

Mr. Ganesh Swaminathan is the Founder Director and CEO of Finabler Academy Pvt. Ltd., with over 34 years of experience in the General Insurance industry. A former senior executive of The New India Assurance Company Ltd., he has served in various leadership roles across multiple locations, including Senior Branch Manager, Senior Divisional Manager, Claims Hub In-charge, Regional Manager, Chief Regional Manager and Chief Manager – Marketing, Head Office, Mumbai. His extensive experience spans underwriting, claims, marketing, loss control, business development, accounts and finance, insurance operations and professional training. He has also been actively involved in training agents, brokers and insurance professionals. His vision is to develop and make available quality insurance professionals for the General Insurance industry, strengthening the bridge between industry requirements and professional education.

Mrs. Anuradha Ganesh

Director & Chairperson

Two decades of education, leadership development and professional training leadership.

Mrs. Anuradha Ganesh serves as the Chairman of Finabler Academy Private Limited, bringing over 20 years of expertise in education, leadership development, communication, and professional training. With a distinguished career spanning academia, corporate learning, and skill development, she has mentored thousands of learners and educators through transformative training programs focused on communication, leadership, and employability. Her visionary leadership, combined with a deep passion for innovation in learning, continues to drive Finabler Academy's commitment to excellence in education and workforce development. As an accomplished trainer, storyteller, and mentor, she remains dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their fullest potential.

Mr. N. Venkatachalam

Director

Thirty-three years in general insurance across accounts, audit, technical operations and marketing.

Mr. N. Venkatachalam is an accomplished insurance professional with over 33 years of experience in the general insurance industry. A former Chief Regional Manager at The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., he has extensive expertise in accounts, audit, technical operations, and marketing. His rich industry knowledge and strategic insights continue to strengthen Finabler Academy's vision and growth.
